I know for a fact that nissan has covered this issue on some of the first gen titan s. All nissan did was glob on some black sealant it took them about 3 tries and then i had to fix it. What i did was bought some factory paint in a tube with clear coat on top of the cab with your roof moldings off take the paint and follow the line to the rain channel and take some black sealant inside and outside of the rivets. That seam sealer shrinks up and the paint goes with it.

After raining for a few hours i found water in the driver side floor mat. Fit and finish is questionable at best and there are always issues with leaking.
